Excellence PLAYA MUJERES, Cancun Mexico
Here we are at the resort. This is the view from our patio looking a crossed the pool to the Cielo Bar and hot tub in the Excellence Club Area… it was very hard to leave these surroundings and go anywhere, why would you want to? This picture was taken in the morning, but there were never many people around. In the distance just behind the bar you can see the ocean. We made it that far a couple of times. We like to spend most of the time just relaxing around the pool and getting room service!
One day we traveled to Xcaret Park. It was commercial and crowded, but there was plenty to eat. And when you got tired there were conveniently placed hammocks from which to watch the world go by.
As you all things must end and here is Jo Ann getting our last triple Margaritas from the Café Kafe Bar in the lower lobby to ease our pain of leaving while we wait for the shuttle to take us to the airport. It was a lovely trip and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Maybe next time we can stay longer.
But for me it is back home to Crater Lake (come visit our Winter Wonderland) and another long winter. I have already started thinking about a spring trip. It is only money!

Greg & Katie Powell, St Lucia Honeymoon @ Smuggler's May 2008

Pat, Sorry for such a delayed response. We are both plenty busy with work and school but still on our honeymoon as far as we're concerned :)
Things couldn't have been better in St. Lucia. Smuggler's managed to upgrade our room and even threw in a Fruit basket and bottle of Champagne to top it all off. Plenty of good food and entertainment. We played Tennis, had a great time sailing with the wind from the Atlantic, did some weightlifting and even learned how to Windsurf. We managed to snorkel almost every day of the honeymoon and saw plenty of colorful fish, eels, crab, and sea creatures. Katie even spotted a Baracuda before it managed to speed off into the Atlantic Ocean again. Her second sighting since she was a little girl with her parents in the BVI's. I'm sure it was just as frieghtened at the sight of us as Katie was! All I heard was a muffled underwater shreek. The trip was filled with excitement and we did manage to go on an adventure jeep excursion trip to see some of the island life and highlights. The local bus was also a pretty neat experience and MUCH cheaper then the taxi's. Flights worked great and our 8 hour layover in Puerto Rico on the way home was just perfect for what we wanted to do in P.R. Shopped around, checked out the castle and ate at a traditional P.R. resturaunt before catching the plane home. Pat, Thank you for working with me. It really was better then I could have imagined. Katie and I were just so happy to be able to share such a fantastic place with each other for our honeymoon. Picture's attached... Sincerely, Greg and Katie Powell

Cynthia Christopher (Canada) visiting Austria 2006
Hi Pat, I wanted to tell you how nice our accommodations at Matrei, Austria were last week. We enjoyed a spotless, full sized apartment, with two full bedrooms and bathrooms AND towels! There was also a lovely sitting area and a balcony/deck where you could sit out and view the mountains.
There was plenty of hot water and good showers. The kitchen had all we needed and they have a lovely heated indoor pool, which we did not get to use, but it was beautiful. The Lener family is so friendly. Their daughter, Manuela, speaks some English and was a tremendous help to us on our stay. Austria was beautiful. Matrei is only about 25 minutes from downtown Innsbruck, yet it is in a country setting. We enjoyed hiking in the valleys and up through the hillsides. Thank you so much for arranging it for us. We had a great stay with the Leners. Let me know what other properties you handle, as sometimes we have friends who look for a recommendation as to where to stay.

G. Gesell (OK-USA) Bahamas wedding (2007)

Hi Patricia, The wedding was beautiful ! It was right on the beach at 1:00 pm. The weather was perfect. We have not got all of our pictures yet, we must have had 10 cameras going all the time. Three of Krista and Dirk's friends attended so they had a wedding party of eight and the flower girls and ring bearer were the niece and nephew. They were so cute. Here are just a few pictures, I will send you more as I receive them. I would definitely recommend a Destination Wedding and it MUST be right on the beach. This wedding exceeded my expectations.
Thank you for all your work in making Krista and Dirk's wedding a dream come true.

Dear Pat, Sorry for the delay in giving feedback from our Hawaii trip. It was wonderful. We loved the Fairmont Kea Lani in Beautiful Maui.
We had the best room that was overlooking the pools and the ocean.( full ocean view) Room sevice to our balcony every morning was the perfect way to start the day. The flights worked out perfectly as well. Thanks for making our trip memorable.
Cheers, Doreen Doreen Pethigal (NY & CA-USA)
