Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Air fares are non-refundable. Travel Insurance is STRONGLY recommended. $75 per person professional change/cancellation fees once booked. If final payments are not received by specific dates given, a charge of $35 pp will be levied for all late payments, unless otherwise noted. Late payments run the risk of cancellation by the vendor and Agency is not responsible for cancellation by vendor/supplier for non-payment. VACATION RENTALS:
A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable down payment. The balance shall become due and payable 65 days prior to the reservation date or the reservation will be canceled. Payments are due within 3 days of request, Late payments run the risk of cancellation by the vendor and Agency is not responsible for cancellation by vendor/supplier for non-payment.
Forms of payment that will be accepted are cashier checks, money orders, wire transfers or in some cases credit cards.
Personal and business checks will be accepted for final payment only if they are received 70 days prior to arrival. All checks MUST be accepted by bank prior to deposit with vendors.
If for any reason you must cancel your (insured-proof of insurance required) reservation you will have up to 1 year from your arrival date to rebook the same home, based on availability(insurance required). If the dates you rebook are at a higher nightly rate you will be required to pay the difference.
VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. |
